Power Lock Works... But Not Completely

Amongst all of the different power door lock threads started on this forum over the years, I didn't see any that addressed my specific problem when I did a quick search.

All of my locks work correctly (when I use my fob remote, lock button, etc.), but when I park the Runner after driving, the driver's side back door won't unlock as you pull the handle. Probably just a simple mechanism broken on the inside, so I'm planning on just popping it open and taking a peek inside. But before I do so, I wanted to see if I could get any advice or suggestions from you guys.

If you use the key fob or lock switch on the door, it works? Only doesn't work when you put the truck in park and all the other doors do?

When you put the truck in park and turn it off, it allows the locks to be overridden by pulling its respective door handle (so people can exit the vehicle easily). All of the doors allow this to happen, except the the diver's-side back door.

Other than that, it works fine with the key fob and such.

Has the child safety feature been accidentally engaged on that door?

I checked that first, thinking someone accidentally engaged it when getting in the back seat, but it was still in the normal position.
