Power seat noise

I've searched a bunch and can't find out if the driver seat on my '06 is serviceable. It makes a loud rubbing noise when I move it forward or backward, like it needs to be greased. It's not a popping or grinding sound like I've read about in other threads.

Is it possible to service these units or are they sealed? Thanks for any insight

Depends on what the issue is? The rails do have a slight amount of grease on them from the factory as do some of the bits and parts. Its not really meant for service though, but you can take the seat out, break it down, and lube/fix individual components; though some of them may not be replaceable as individual units.
