Anyone have any thoughts as to the best power source? I have a 2011 Limited. I am going to run the wires down the seat-back. I want the wires completely hidden. I thought i could find something in the center console which would be easier than going all the way up under the dash, but the only clear source to me there was the ac running from the inverter to the 120 plug in the console and the units are dc so that is not a good option. Also, the wires are really thin in the console so I wasn't sure about the load of two units. Anyone successfully do this? Thanks.

Thanks. I want to keep it on something that is not always hot so there is no risk of killing the battery so powered seat isn't a good option. I have also checked out the ewd on your sig nashman along with the other (awesome) material you have out there. The diagram is a little confusing to me. Hard to tell where the easiest access is so I was just trying to see if anyone else had done it

you could use the 12v seat source with a relay. Have the relay come on with headrest screen.

I also intend to install headrest DVD. Can you take some pictures how to remove the backseat cover so that you can run down the wires?
If you have the limited, I think this easiest way is to use a pull wire and just fish it down through the headrest posts. Otherwise you will have to take the entire seat apart to take the seat cover off. It will come out at the bottom, you just may need a second person to push it while you feel for it between the foam and plastic at the bottom.
