For your consideration, I have a used but in good shape Power Tank 10# tank in Electric Blue. Tank was purchased in 2007, and it is currently in for Hydro and a fill. Tank will be current with DOT standards this week. It comes with the bag (pictured), carry handle, regulator, and floor or wall mountable double strap bracket, and a new tank boot.
