iv got a bad motor in my front driver door of my 89' 3.0 L with the window half down and the winter approaching.
iv got the door panel off and everything detached electronically, and i guess my question is
do i just detach all the bolts holding the motor to the frame?
Will this immediately allow me to raise the window by hand?
Can i raise the window without having to replace the motor? -i know it is the motor that is bad because i have power just no action.
if i can just raise the window somehow and not have to replace the motor, i dont care that the window doesnt work, as long as it is closed.
. Nothing i found in any searches was specific to my vehicle, so just lookin for a little help,
if anyone can give me a good link showing the process or somethin along that line, it would be appreciated.
