Pre-wired fog lights?

Hey, do I'm thinking of adding the xenon fog lights from theretrofitsource. My question is how do I tell if my 2002 came pre-wired for fog lights? I looked and saw another wire coming from the front turn signals. Could these be utilized to connect lights? Also if mine is prewired, would all I need is the light stalk that has fog light capabilites? Thanks.

more then likely , it came prewired. Just look under the front bumper for some wire pig tales that aren't plugged into anything. One on each side.

Then, you will only need a switch, relay and the lights.
