Preferred U-Joints?

I'm getting some driveline vibration and looking at replacing my 210k mile u-joints. I'll be getting under the 4Runner today to see if I just need to grease them but I was gonna order some just in case I need to replace them this weekend.

One thing I've found is hardly any u-joints have the zerk in the center like the stock u-joint. I'm currently looking at using the Moog 285 which has the zerk on the end of one of the bearing caps. Assuming I keep these greased, the grease should spin around inside the housing to the other bearings...right?

I dont really wanna go OEM since I can get all 3 Moogs for the same price as 1 OEM U-joint.

When I had my 220K mile driveshafts shortened/lengthened for my dual case install, I asked the guy at the driveline shop about changing out the U-joints while he had the shafts in the shop. He said "I'll check them. If they're OK, I don't recommend changing them, because no new aftermarket parts are as good as a 210K mile Toyota OEM part". So, I left them alone.

Based on that, in your case, I'd be inclined to find the bad Ujoint (if one is indeed bad) and replace it with an OEM part, and leave the rest alone until something goes wrong.

So i'm tossing around the idea of buying a used rear driveshaft from the junkyard off a 4Runner with lower miles for ~$50.

Are all the rear driveshafts interchangeable? V6/V8, 2WD/4WD?
