Hello all,
I would like to make sure my truck is equipped for moderate water crossing, say about 1.5 - 2 feet. I definatly don't want to go deeper than the bottom of the doors. I plan on doing the rear diff breather extension I have read about on these forums, but am wondering what else I should be concerned about. I know there are two breathers under the hood next to the battery, but I am not sure what they are for. Trans? front diff? Should I be concerned about the t-case, or centre diff? What else should I worry about damaging? The manual says to repack the wheel bearings after water crossing? Is this necessary?
