Hi Folks,
I've been lurking for awhile and finally registered. I will be purchasing a 2006 Limited V8 in the very near future and will be looking to trade/sell my 96 4Runner.

What do you folks feel is a fair price? It's a 96 SR5 with the Sports Package, tow package, 3 disc changer, 121k miles, sunroof, roof rack, new battery, new starter, all services up to date, anthracite color, really clean condition.

Please advise.

That is a tough one without seeing the vehicle, and these things are so subjective, and depends a lot on the buyer/dealer. Based on a friend of mine who recently traded in a '95 SR5 with 97,000 mi, conservatively I would guess $3-5K on a trade in, and maybe an additional $2-3K if you sold it yourself.
