Thanks

The cheapest I have found on a trail is Pueblo Toyota so far. They will go $500 over invoice through the internet sales manager. Most of the trails here that I have seen have the KDSS so no way you'll get to $30k. I haven't looked at the SR5's so that may be closer to your target.

SR5 4x4 third row msrp around 35.7 paid the dealer 32.1 plus what ever the state demanded.
Thats about 45 days ago bought at Power Toyota Ceritos in southern California.

Good Luck

I used Truecar.com and American Express Auto Buying Service when I purchased my TE in April and the best I could do in my area was $500 over invoice which I was happy with. Doing a quick search on Truecar.com the best price in the Fort Collins area is $195 under invoice, 48 miles away. Plugging in the zip code of Mountain States Toyota in Denver shows the same best price 0 miles away, so it's pretty certain they are the dealer with the lowest price. I love the Trail Edition especially with the KDSS suspension, handles great on and off the road. Good Luck.

Thanks guys, I am struggling with getting a used Limited V8 '06-'08 or a '10 SR5. Is it worth 4-5k more to get a new one or a loaded used one with the v8? I LOVE the V8! But it would be nice to have the new model style which I really like and new warranty vs. used with roughly 40-50k miles on it. My wild card is a used Sequoia Limited.

I tried a bunch of methods to get the best price. Northern Colorado dealers weren't budging... in the Denver metro area it was better. When I a seemingly lame "certificate" from Overstock | Car Buying Home Page, dealers seemed more willing to deal. Ultimately I bought from a broker who made a small fee and the experience was completely painless and I didn't have to deal w/ sales staff - except for the test drives.

Good luck.

Get the new one. You won't regret it.
