talk to a local shop who recently installed bilstien struts and shocks on my runner. asked how much a 2 inch lift would be and how he would do it. He said 300 and that he could adjust the front and add a spacer in the back.
is that decent? and could i do this myself?

I assume you have the Bilstein adjustables where the spring perch can be moved up? If thats the case then he has to remove the shocks, disassemble, move the perch up and reassemble.

For the rear the spacers are probably around $75. He has to remove the rear spring and add the spacer. Pretty easy and quick.

Does the $300 include an alignment? If so its not too bad.

Even if it didn't include the alignment I don't think it's too bad of a price. I'd expect to pay about that much for someone to do that kinda work but if the alignment was included then I'd say it's a great deal.

ya itll cost you about 100 bucks to have a shop disassemble and reassemble your struts if you take them off yourself so 300 sounds pretty fair
