Price opinion on a 2011 SR5

Looking at getting a 2011 SR5 - leather/heated seats - 3rd row and moonroof - all other standard like bluetooth and the rest of the comfort package -
Total MSRP - $37,659
Price to me $32,600 - then taxes etc - etc will get the car registered and inspected for me for $450 in Mass.

Anyone know of a better deal in New England because I will travel.

That sounds like a fair price, you may spend more $'s traveling around then it is worth.
