Price to pay for this 4Runner

About to head down to the dealership to check out this 4Runner. Assuming it is in good condition cosmetically what do you think a fair price to offer is?

Went down and looked at it earlier. They won't go below their $23k Internet price. I really wanted to stay at $22k. What do you guys think? By the way there were some minor blemishes/small scratches, but the inside was clean. Also it is a light blue which I an not hugely fond of.

Man a couple grand more and you can have a new one. (07 with rebates) I paid $27,200 for my 07 Sport in October.

These things hold their value but unless it's ultra clean I've seen some 06's in my area, CA, that were very close to that price. Just remember a good price is one you can be happy with no matter what anyone tells you.
