Price your rig

I'd like to think I could get 10K for this. New owner wouldn't have to replace anything as far as maintenance goes, it's ready to rock and roll and the body/frame is clean as a whistle.

Realistically I would probably get 6k as is.

I'll give you 10k ;)

Noshirtganshirt so clean and shiny!

Is that an aftermarket radiator hose installed on top that needs trimming? Looks different than others...

Everything is for sale, for the right price. That's what I tell people when they ask if I would sell.

Although my right price is more than anyone would pay for my truck, most likely.

I would want 13k. Limited with sr5 sport trim exterior, supercharger, 7TH, water meth, locker, power leather, climate control, Led interior, retrofits, 2.0 pulley, backup camera. I don't know what it would actually go for though.

Man, some of yalls prices are out of this world! I think I'd let mine go for 5, and I think that's probably a little high, lol. I paid 2200, have probably 1200 into the lift and tires, and a little money and a lot of time into the bumpers.

ehhhh.
Approx 15k would at least make me consider selling it.

Hate to think about it really but I'd also kinda like to build my Tundra a bit.

This week I was driving my 1st gen tundra and parked (at the mall of all places). I get out and this guy walking by says "Hey there is a cool forum for 1st gen enthusiasts!".... Honestly I had now idea why he said that to me since the truck is stock.

I told him "Thanks but I've got a 3rd gen 4Runner that's taken all the mods and money"
and then there was an immediate understanding of the struggle to pick just one.

Honestly, I don't think I could force myself to sell my 3rd gen unless I was experiencing some type of extreme situation that left me with no choice but to sell it. I truly love my rig and it has served me oh so well over the four year time period I have owned it, and I hope that it continues to do so for many more years to come. Btw, I paid $4816 for mine and it had 191K on the ODO at the time of purchase.

I would not sell mine unless I was at the end of my rope. I've put too much time into it, $ isn't the deciding factor for me. It's like my house, I bought as a short sale and have put countless hours into it.

Someone would have to not only pay me handsomely for it but also install all the mods I put on this one onto another one.

Realistically, I would sale it for $6500. Most likely would only get $4500 or so because of the miles(230k), but she runs like brand new and has never left me anywhere.

I bought mine almost two years ago now for $8,000 with a ToyTec ultimate lift, supercharger, and good leather interior. Then I added the Toyota e locker in back, the TRD rims, and a handful of other small running upgrades.

I had a guy flag me down a couple of months ago asking to buy my 4Runner. I told him $10,000 would buy it. It did not buy it but every time I see him he asks if I would do $9,000.

So I guess my number is $10,000. I am not sure what I would have done if he whipped out the cash though.

Sports hoods are not worth $1000. They have sold on here multiple times for $500

wow... what would I ever let my 4runner go for...

well like most of us I wouldn't sell it ever. But just for the sake of joining in the topic.

Bought mine 7 years ago from my brother for $1200.00 needed maintenance work like, front brakes were warped, clutch needed replacement, water pump, timing belt, wheel bearings, upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends. The typical stuff.

It's a 99' 5spd with factory locking rear, so I know those are in high demand so if I had to.... $7000. it's basically a blank canvas to work on so no ugly or cheap modifications.

realistically KBB says about $2900 for it but most likely wouldn't get more than $4500 for it.

I'm on the fence actually now on selling mine.... I need a small 4x4 truck...I'm just not a fan of putting dead deer in the back of the 4Runner. We also have 2 5th gens. So I was thinking of buying the small truck and modding out my 5th gen. I'm so on the fence....
