How do these attach to the inside of the vehicle? I was thinking of making something like this using velcro, but am interested in these

Really simple. These have rubber coated S hooks which loop over the "oh crap" handles in the front, you can also slide the top of the hook between the plastic covers for the pillars and the headliner. Some guys get creative and use the spring tension curtain rods, shower rods, etc but I think that is overkill

do they cover all of the side and rear windows? Have a link to the original product?

They will cover the back, sides and even wrap around and connect to each other to block the front if you wanted to. 22ft total with both curtains

Do you have pics of it being used in your 4runner? I'm curious to see how it hangs. Interested in this since I camp in the runner.

I do not have any photos at the moment since I never ran them. I can try and throw them in the truck and snap a few photos
