Pro Comp ES9000 Shocks - 1995 T4R no lift

I understand these to be an acceptable OE replacement but a friend told me to be cautious with these gas shocks. Has anyone used these on a non-lifted application. I'm doing four corners and Moog progressive rate spings for rear.

i was told by the local procomp dealer that the ES9000 would be too stiff of a ride for stock .they said to go with the ES3000

I have the PC3000 Plus 1, all around with a 1.5" lift spacer on my 93, they work good and still retains a smooth ride...until a huge bump, jar a bit, but that just means they are working...
