Pro Comp Xtreme 16 x 8 (4" BS)

I'd like to put a set of Pro Comp Xtreme 1079's in a 16x8 (4" Backspace). I want to run a 275/70/16 tire.

Is this possible WITHOUT any lift? Will this scrub on stock heigh suspension?

Any other wheel suggestions if these wont work?

I may eventually get around to lifting it up 2" or so...but for now, I'd like to keep stock height.
