Hi All ~ And please help.. 1989 V6 4runner - 131K miles
I'm kinda a noob, but thought what the heck "I can change my own spark plugs"
The truck drove just fine.., but gas mileage wasnt so great and plugs have not been changed for 60K miles so I thought I would change them.
Replaced all plugs. Truck started right up and was idling fine, gave it some gas and bogs down, Chokes out. take foot off gas an it idles fine. give it gas and it chokes out. And I smell gas, almost like when you flood an engine. (or maybe it's my imagination)
The plugs I took out were all light brown crust caked on, they looked pretty bad. I put in NKG OEM... I did accidentally drop a plug and regapped it. Could this be it??????????
Thanks !!
