I have a T1808 installed in my '08 SR5 with the resistor mod to enable the AUX port. Due to the wonderful iPod integration, I haven't used the AUX port very much. I've used it some recently and found an odd problem - if I have a device plugged in to the AUX port and then plug the device in to charge (via a cigarette plug to USB converter) the radio switches away from AUX (as if the resistor mod fails). In the case of an iPod you can switch back to AUX and everything works fine from then on. On the other hand, in the case of a Zune you can not switch back to AUX until you stop charging it.
Does anyone have any idea of why this would happen, and how I might go about remedying it?
