OK, I know I don't post very much on here, but I haven't really had much time to mess with my rig lately, so I haven't bothered with it too much. Well, today I got off of work early and decided to at least start her up and see if I could do anything with it. Replaced rims and tires up front because one was flat, so now it's kind of bulldogged, since the front is taller. All tires are still bald, but at least it's not leaning to one side and I can get underneath it.
OK, on to the actual problem. Truck started up fine, just had to jump it because I left the battery connected and it'd been over a month since it was started. So I try to rev it, and it looks, sounds and feels like it's going to die.:crybaby::crybaby: Any idea what could be causing that? I saw that I have to clean my throttle body, so I'm going to try that in a little bit and see if it helps. But, aside from that, why won't it let me rev? I can lightly increase the rpms with the throttle cable, but if I try to go too fast, it wants to die. Any thoughts?
Just for reference, this is a 22RE with 5sp manual. Thanks in advance for your help.
