Just bought a 97 4r and was wondering about a slight hesitation. The timing belt has been changed recently. Im thinking its the fuel filter fuel pump or bad o2 senser. When im at a stop it idles real rough then when i take off it slowly works out the roughness, at about thirty or so it completly is gone. ITs not the tranny i thought it was at first but its not in the shift its in the engine. its like the engine has mud in it and just isnt firing on all cylinders.
