Profile pics?

Hey ya'll..had a random question and had no idea where to post it. I cannot for the life of me how to get a pic of my rig up. I found a thread in the FAQ on it w/ a link and it says I don't have access. Do I need a certain number of posts?

Ok the top left corner click on User CP.
Go down to edit profile picture and viola...also add and edit your signature line too in the User CP

Click on Edit Avatar, then upload your desired profile photo. Click Save.
