how do I change my username (it was just 'given' to me; I didn't choose it)?

when I check my profile by clicking on my current username in a post, it lists my birthdate as 31 dec 1969. when I go to edit my profile, the correct date of 2 aug 1963 is listed - what's up with this?

another question - many times my IP address is banned [:bash:] when I try to access this site - why?

the admin is able to change your SN.

make sure you hit "submit" at the bottom of the page in the user Cp to make things final.

as for your IP, i don't know. if the site blocks it, it blocks it, not 50/50. could be your end.
