Proper jack points for garage jack?

The manual has them laid out quite clearly, however when I get down under the car I can't really see what they are referring to.

Where is the best place to jack up the car with a garage jack? Where do you put jack stands?

A nice photo how-to would be great!

Since the 5th's frame is based on the 4th's. The front, jack under cross member between the front wheels and jack stands on the frame rails where it flattens out. The rear, jack under the diff pumpkin and jack stands under the axle as far out and as close to the rear wheels as possible (near the trailing arm mounts).

On the rear diff, just look under the truck at the back. You'll see the big pumpkin in the center of the rear axle. Just put your jack under that.
