proper wiring for power window

I've got a 88 4runner and the guy I bought the truck from wired the power window motor to the relay switch wrong. Two black wires are taped off, and I assume those are ground wires. So what happens is that the window will only work one direction, until you pull the two blue wires going into the connector, just this side of the door, and swap around.

I know I can buy the electrical manual, but I'm hoping someone can make this simply for me
