Proposed Lift

Looking to pull the trigger on suspension soon, anyone running this set up?

OME 885 with top plate spacer
Toytec Superflex Rear coils
Light racing UCA's

I'm looking to get 3 inches in front and 2.5 or so in rear. This will be for a daily driver, recently moved to Colorado so I will start getting into more offroading/jeep trails in the area.

$1250 for a solid set up, or should I just go for the full Radflo 2.0 kit?

After long nights of reading through many forums and complimenting what lift to get I took the plunge on an Icon lift.

I should have the following by Monday.
Icon 2.5 extended front Coilovers
Icon rear springs
Icon 2.0 rear shocks
Icon rear shin guards

All this was $1550 which is not bad for a quality lift IMO.

Will be install Total Chaos UCA's at a later date.

I run this setup:

Bilstein 5100's
OME 885
Toytec Superflex Rear coils
Light racing UCA's

Basically same as you describe, just no top plate spacer cuz I have a V6 (lighter front end). I also added longer rear sway bar end links and spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers. You will probably only get 2" lift in the rear with the superflex coils.

I'm satisfied with it. I pieced everything together and it ended up being pretty cheap, well under $2k after all was said and done. I didn't really have the budget for an Icon or Radflo setup, as that would have been well over $2k after UCA, end links and such.

If you have the $, get Icon or Radflo. If you're on a tighter budget, the OME/Bilstein combo will not disappoint.

For that price, you could also do the Toytec Ultimate Lift with the adjustable front coil-overs (on 5100's) and the Superflex rear coils. I have that kit and am very happy with it!

Hey Soneric, what type of lift did get with that set up and what setting did guy use on the 5100s ?

Also, did you take any measurements by chance?

I didn't take before measurements, but based on other people's numbers I gained right around 3"/1.75"-2" front/rear.

Edit: I used the lowest (stock) setting on the 5100s.

I ended up going with the MetalTech Radflo 2.0 kit.

After installing and driving on this for a month, I think the Toytec Ultimate kit with 600lb front coils and rear superflex coils with bilstein shocks would have provided the ride comfort I was looking for since this is my daily driver. The Radflo's are nice, but a little firm for city driving in my opinion. Just some input if anyone is looking for a lift suggestion for more of a dd.
