This is a couple weeks late but I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ron and he was one very nice and generous member who offered me a very low mileage Nitto TG to use as a spare since my Maxxis H/T had some age on it and I needed a newer and safer spare.
All it cost me was treating him to breakfast and he also offered me his time and garage space to do a radiator replacement in the future.

Just wanted to say what a nice guy he was and really enjoyed finally getting together and talk trucks among other things and I can't wait to wheel with him in the future.

Thanks again and here's the TerraGrappler in it's new home.

Yes, I bought some ARB clear turn signals for my front bumper a while back from Ron and he was very cool. Always has something helpful to say on the forum too! I agree Driffter, there really great folks on here!

thanks guys -had not seen this until now. Found via Google search of my own name as part of the job search process.

Appreciate the kind words! really buoys my spirits during this period of unexpected and extended unemployment.

Great to have this fine forum and YOTATECH to pick all your brains.

Oh am I too late?....but I have also been touched by Ron's generosity and all-out selflessness..out of the blue I just PM'd him about the flares I saw on Denver Craigslist (I'm in Vancouver, BC) and without hesitation offered me some hand acquiring them, boxing and sending 'em my way. This transaction between me, Ron and the seller didn't happen in just a day or two.

I'm sure he had things to do and personal errands to run, but to go out of his way and making time for me was just....indescribable beyond words.

Ron..a true friend and a great member of this forum, Thanks and take care!
