Proud new owner of a 02'!

First off I am a noob to the forum. I would like to say that this is the best forum and members I have ever seen on the internet. The builds and mods that go on inspire me to get my #$%@ together and get one going myself.

I bought this 2002 SR5 4x4 with 165,000 miles. It seemed super tight although dirty. The timing belt had been replaced at 155,000.

So far:

Removed running boards

Hankook Dynapro ATM's 265 75 r16

25% tint up front

new windshield

flushed the transmission, radiator, rear diff and changed oil.

Detailed interior, exterior and engine.

iSimple iPod factory stereo adapter. Hardwired with Ipod cord coming out underneath the lighter.

Hardest thing for me so far is getting kids to shut doors LIGHTLY,since its a precision fitting door.congrats on the new toy!!

Just on forest roads. The wheels came on it but are the oversized option for that year I believe?

Nice! Yes, those wheels were an option on SR5s in 2002. The Limiteds only used that style 1999-2000. I prefer them to the wheels the Limited and Sports got in 2001-2002.

Those wheels look way better than the 3 way spoke ones that came on most SR5's...I hate my wheels!
