PS lines hanging low?

I was just scanning under my (new to me) truck today and it seems odd that one of the two PS hard lines are hanging quite low under the truck...

Anyone else think this is an odd routing and could easily get snagged and ripped off, particularly since it seems to be hanging lower than the guard?

Just went out and looked at my 02 and as I thought my lines are both up above the sway bar. Perhaps someone had a line break and that's the way it was repaired. I agree that you could easily snag that on something off road, I would even be concerned in the winter driving though an icy snow bank. I would probably redo it at my earliest convenience. It almost looks like the line was installed backwards.
