PSA: Please use the search function

You can use the "Search T4R.ORG" search box (above in the header) as well. It works really well and is really fast.

one of my favorite PSA videos on posting

The lack of searching before posting isn't as annoying as some of the posts themselves.
People can't take the time to put together a coherent sentence.

are jibberish. If you can't take the time to create a decent readable post, don't expecct much of a response.

I've run a vBulletin forum myself and the fault really is on the poor search function. I'm about as familiar as one can be with the software and still have trouble finding stuff too. There are some search mods/add-ons that can help over on vB.org but it really comes down to tolerating the re-posts.

I agree that using Google will yield better results than the native search function though. Be cool with it, don't bust anyone's chops and if you're familiar with the content gently refer someone to the thread by posting the link.

Just my 2 cents. ;):

Yeah, I'm a newb here myself...

I couldn't agree more. Sadly however, these posts are not a matter ot time.
All the time in the world won't cure writing like this - a HS education maybe, but not time.
