Pulling and swaying

I have a 2000 T4r Limited with 230k on it. That has started having a issue... While accelerating my truck pulls to the right. When letting up on the accelerator it sways back to the left. It also sways back and forth continuously while driving.

Any ideas? Ball joint? I have checked my tire pressures, I also work at the Toyota dealership and have been talking to some techs about it, but they haven't looked at it yet, I figured I would give them some ideas what other people have done to fix it, as they really don't know yet.

It was a bent rear lower control arm. I landed it on a rock and bent it. Easy fix.

No problem, hope that helps. If it is bent, get one of the stronger ones from Metal tech. Thats what I have now on my new rig and they are awesome!
