Pump running when I turn on 4runner

Just recently I've noticed a higher pitch motor running sound fron under the hood when I start my 07 V8 4runner, it only runs for maybe 10-15 sec or sometimes not at all. Never noticed this sound before? Has to be a pump going? Is it the master cylinder pump? Power steering?

Thanks bossman, I think I have the secondary air pump failure. Ordering bypass from Slyfox75.
