Purchased Ball Joints!!

Hey guys! So, i pulled the trigger and purchased lower and upper ball joints and the lower ball joint bolts for my 99 4runner with 157k miles. After reading some threads about ball joint failures and seeing the pictures i quickly went to look at mine and all four had stains like if they were all leaking grease. I'm planning on replacing all four on Sunday but i need help on the torque specs.

Are these torque specs for the castle nut?
Lower ball joint to lower control arm: 112 ft-lbs
Upper ball joint to upper control arm: 80 ft-lbs

I'm looking for the torque specs for the castle nuts and the lower ball joint bolts. If i'm missing something out please help me out. This is my first hands on mechanic work. Thanks guys.

My 99 manual says lower BJ castle nut is 105 but in the five pairs I have changed (on different 4runners), I have torque it as high as 114 to get the cotter pin through.

Make sure you have new bolts (4 each) to attach the LBJ to the knuckle. Use blue loctite. Torque these to 59ft/lbs. Don't overtorque. Also, outer tie rod is 66ft/lbs.

Make sure the LBJs and UBJs are OEM.
