Putting Seaforma into motor oil

I've used seaform in the cyclinders, gas tank, and motor oil before. I'm wondering how effective seafoam performs in the oil when 1/3 of a can is added. Does detergent motor oil yield better results?

I did the same thing when I first got my 98 with 150k. I used 2 cans total, half in the gas tank, half in the throttle, half in the oil. But make sure you change the oil after about 500 miles of the seafoam in there. Or at least change your filter.
Seafoam is great stuff, I love it.
