I can't seem to find the factory rack channels or complete factory rack for a '99 SR%. Mine came as a slicktop, with the plastic inserts where the channels go.
I need a rack (I like the Baja Racks) but all of the ones I like seem to mount in the factory channels, which I don't have.
Does anyone know of a rack that mounts to the bolt points where the channel placeholders (plastic pieces) attach to the roof? Or do I have to have some rack mount plates made that will bolt in there, and attach to the rack? (I really don't want to get into a custom mount if possible).
