question about cornfed lift??

i was doing some searching here and just have a question to clarify exactly what the cornfed 3" lift is. i used to have a '95 wrangler and bought a 4" suspension lift with new shocks and leaf springs and all that jazz....so i guess im curious is the cornfed lift considered a "suspension" lift (like with jeeps) or a body lift or what?? i want to get some more ground clearance on my '99 runner and just want to make the right decision, thanks for all your input.

Do a search on the "Tundra Lift" for the 3rd gen. That one is highly recommended by many of the 3rd gen owners. I think it's much better than any spacer lift.
