I had it off my spyder before for three years and no problems. I think any car looks better w/o front plate...seriously..how many cops are going to chase you in reverse? I'd say take it off now! 03RR

B Bernie New member Nov 20, 2003 #4 It is not required either in Puerto Rico, but if they catch you without the license or registration it is $1,000 fine and they will impound your plates.
