Question About New Tires

I know this isn't 4Runner related but i figured someone here may be able to help me. A friend recently had 4 new tires installed on her car by a local shop. They are GT Radial Champiro 128 225/60 R16. I tried to find pricing online for this exact tire size but couldn't. Everything i found was priced at around $40-$50. She was charged $400 for all 4. Just wanted to know if anyone had an estimate for what these tires should cost? Cause it seems as though she got ripped off.

Sounds high, but if you could post the break down of the invoice, we will better understand what she was charged for. Mounting, balancing, road hazard and alignment could be on the invoice as well.

Here's what the invoice says :

Description of Work: Tire shop service for 4 new tires includes computer balance and new valve stems.

The price was $450 not $400 like i had previously posted.
