Question about rotors for 05 V8 SE

Ok, so I need a couple of questions answered...

1) What diameter of rotor is on the truck (319mm or 338mm)? One would assume the morons that put a referencing website together that asks for exact year and model of the vehicle would list the exact part for that vehicle. BUT noooo...

2) What are the top 3 rotor manufacturers? Assuming I want at least slotted rotors.

3) I guess this one is not necessary but why would the 319mm rotor actually cost more than a larger 338mm rotor??

Your SE has the larger rotors. As for aftermarket rotors: Brembo and others have pretty good ones. These are pretty cool too: Frozen Rotors - High Performance Brake Pads, Brake Rotors (Pardon the pun )

I've read quite a bit and I've taken away that slotted rotors are good. Drilled rotors have some drawbacks and are more bling than function in many cases.

Thank you for the response. I just don't get why they would have you select the specific SPORT model and then list two different rotor sizes? I'm with you on the drilled rotors. In race applications, at least, they create a lot of noise and can actually chew up pads. It can also be difficult to find a shop that can re-surface them if they become grooved because a traditional lathe can't. So... I'm pretty much sticking to slotted/vented. That site actually sells PowerSlot rotors, which I was already considering but the price is kinda high- even cheaper from tirerack.com.
