Question about suspension up-travel

Does anyone know how much front suspension up-travel there is on a stock 2008 4runner?

What I am trying to understand is what modifications need to be made to the front fenders when installing larger tires, diameter and or width, or widening the stance by moving the tire outwards. Yes I know there are lots of threads that talk about lifts, spacers, tires, wheel backspace / offset, etc…I think I have read them all. The threads I have found only talk about trimming of the lower area of the bumper, pushing the fender liner forward and removal of the mud flaps. None of these threads however mention the possible issue of the tire hitting the underside of the fender / flairs during up-travel, when the tire gets stuffed. Assuming a stock 2008 4runner let’s say for example I move my front tires outward by whatever means, so the tires are now flush with the fender flairs.

Questions:
When the tire gets stuffed will the top apex of the tire hit the underside of the fender / flair?

Will the bump stop prevent this or would I need to install larger bump stops?

Does the installing of a lift change wheel up-travel either increasing or decreasing it?

Hmm, no response? I figured with all the folks on the board that have installed larger tires, spacers, lifts, etc. that someone could talk to the amount of up-travel there is in the front suspension and whether or not the tire could hit the underside of the fender flairs when stuffed.
