Question About Tie Rod Bellow / Boot

Odd question.

When I was cutting off my lower control arm today I accidentally nicked my bellow/boot that keeps crap out of the inner tie rod.

It is a very small hole (like the tip of a pencil). I really don't see road crap making its way in and it's near the very outside of the bellows near the outer tie rod.

I'd really like to get my truck back together and not have to wait for my local Toyota dealer to get one in for an outrageous sum. How big of a deal would that little hole be? Would you guys worry about it too much?

well my passenger side bellow has a sizable hole in it from when i had a CV shaft explode on me. so far no issues and that was back in like october i wanna say. as long as you try to keep it clean and clean it after getting dirty you should be fine
