Question about Westin Safari bar

Will I still be able to use my Skid plate with a Westin Safari bar or not?

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the accessory skid or the factory black one? The factory one should be unaffected by the Safari bar. The accessory skid attaches and uses both holes in the radiator support rails where the frame rails end behind the tow/tie down loops.

Yea, I looked at the mounting holes and it won't fit with the skid plate.....decisions, decisions.

There was a post here where someone made it work. Don't know why it wouldn't the bolt holes are the same the Westin bolt holes correct.

Not sure though , but I personally like the bar itself and a decent way to mount light , although they are pretty low to the ground .

I don't recall which Westin bar model, but one of them has an accessory skid from Westin that goes from underneath upto the lower crossbar. It has Westin etched or laser cut from the skidplate.

That one is the Westin Bull Bar, which is really nice. I was looking at the Westin Safari Bar and wanted to retain the skid plate but you can't.

Looks like I might get the Bull Bar which incorporates both.
