Question for early 2003 owners

I am considering within the next couple weeks if I want to get my cladding painted like a flat or satin black. I was considering maybe doing it myself, but I don't know how it would hold up. If anyone has ever done it or heard of anyone doing it let me know.

I would use a paint formulated for plastic like Krylon Fusion.
