Question for ya'll

Hey all I am new to this forum and have a question. I have a 2000 sr5 4runner and my antenna does not work. It stays in one position and you can hear it's motor running when I turn the car on and off but the antenna doesn't go up. Has anybody else had this problem? Any advice?

Fairly common problem. Just search for it.

Most people just put in a regular antenna.

So by putting on a regular one that means taking out the motor and such? That'd be a lot nicer haha
