Question from a Newbie re warranty

Hi,

I'm looking to move from LR to a T4R (finally). But I'm in Canada and I can do a lot better for the price in the US and bring it across. I'm wondering about the ECP... If I buy the ECP in the US, will it be honoured in Canada?

Sorry if this has been discussed at length, I did a search but it didn't come up...

Firstly - you wil have a hard time getting a dealership in the US to sell new to you - most people buy low mileage used.

The US original warranty will be supported in Canada but not an ECP I believe - not sure if a Canadian dealer can do an ECP on a US vehicle - you could try and see if warrantydirect.ca will cover you howeverr.

Thanks! Low mileage used is where I was headed. There are some decent deals around for sure.
