Question on weatherstripping items

Not sure if I need new door seals or not, but I seem to hear more road noise than I think I should and it sounds like it's coming in around the doors. Anyone have a good source for these seals other than the dealer? I have several places locally I can buy "door seal" in many different designs, but thought that maybe a set specifically meant for the Runner would be the no-brainer solution.

Also, I have another thing I need to replace but I'm not exactly sure what the official name of the part is. It's the front door window seal on the outside. The piece that's attached to the outer skin of the door that has the flap of rubber that rides along the outer face of the window as you roll it up.

The one on the front drivers side was all cracked at the joint and finally gave out and I want to replace all four. Links to any online places that carry these items would be a bonus

I haven't looked on the 4runner yet but on the domestics sometimes there is a hollow area on the door seal. With this hollow area you could fish through some small rubber hose to help inflate or puff out the seal to help it seal better. As for getting new seals and window sills, Toyota is your best and probably only bet.
