Question on Wheel Stud Diameter and Length

I have found conflicting numbers on the 4Runner/Tacoma wheel stud diameter, I have seen 1/2" and 14mm

I am designing a trailer and have found some Tacoma rims. The 6 on 5.5 hubs I will be using have 1/2" studs and I think they may be too short for the thicker magnesium rims. Want to make sure the diameter will work too. I am asking in lieu of taking a wheel off.

Does any one have information on the dimensions?

Thanks, slightly less than a 1/2" diameter. In the mm chart, 12.7mm = 1/2"diameter. 15/32 = 12mm
