Question regarding center caps

Hey there guys, I bought a set of the Level 8 Strike 6s a couple years ago. The wheels are stil in excellent shape, but the center caps have rust spots all over them.
Do you sell just the center caps? Are there any other options for center caps with these wheels?

I guess if there isn't a way to buy some new one I can sand them down and repaint...
