Your title is very vague. Thats why you havent gotten much responce. I'm bored at work and am willing to help.
Answer: .5 inches and a name (haha)
I think daystar has a kit that bolts on top of the strut by using bolt extenders. It is a very simple install. The Cornfed bolts on top of the spring inside the strut assembely. This requires spring compressors and a little more mechanical knowledge.

go with Daystar. Cheaper/easier/probably more sold/ and really accomplishes the same thing!
Agreed. Go daystar unless you want to firm your suspension up.
