25% off-road is probably more than most people on here see...
So, if you're really using it off-road that much then you would probably want to look into the ToyTec Ultimate lift, OME lift, or maybe the Tundra TRD front/LC rear setup... or any combination of those.
If you keep an eye out you can find a good deal on used LC coils, and the Tundra coils.
Those are the most common lifts I see people on here running.
You could definitely run a 265/75/16 with any of those, which is just slightly larger than the stock 265/70/16 tire size. Most people will say you can run that stock, but I've found that to not be true. You could probably run a 255/85/16, which is roughly a 33x10.50. Or a 285/75/16, but you would probably need to do some trimming/modification for it not to rub. Even still it may rub your a-arms. (anyone correct me if I'm wrong on any of that)
